Synchronous (gearless motor)
They are suitable for use in elevators machine room-less. They are noiseless and save electrical energy.
Synchronous motors are generally used when an machine room cannot be built in the elevator shaft.
As the gearless elevator motors are without a reducer, they operate noiselessly and consume lesser electricity power.
